Applications
Sometimes you want to give your website some life beyond being a brochure. You might want to add a contact form (which we've done) or a message board (also done). Maybe you want to sell products through an online store (yep, we've done that too). Whatever your idea, we can help. Our developers have setup a variety of great systems and tools for clients.
Among the application work that we've done for clients, we've also developed some stand alone products as well. Below is a brief list of some of the current projects we've got going.
Manage Me CMS
The Manage Me content management system we developed uses both static files and a database. It features an easy to use Rich Text Editor that allows you to create the content of your pages in a sort of low end Microsoft Word fashion. You can also edit the html directly if you would like.
Time Limit Links
This application is very simple. It was targeted with a certain domain name in mind, but can be changed to allow for any length of time, and any amount of links. The application is an expiring ad site, which freely allows visitors to post links to any website address they would like, and include a brief description and a name for the link. The link shows for an allotted amount of time and expires from the page. The admin can log in and terminate all of the links at once and view a list of every link that has ever been in the system. You can also add a banner advertisement to the top of the page if you would like to monetize the site.
Advertising Space
Advertising Space was one of the first applications we created. Advertising Space Remix 1.0 is the current version, with 1.5 on our project drawing board now. It is an advertising management system that allows a webmaster to sell advertising space on their website. A randomly rotating banner will be selected from the pool of users who have bought placement in the system. Every banner must be approved prior to being added to the rotation to 1) ensure the placement has been paid for, and 2) prevent abuse by people uploading banners the webmaster doesn't want (such as pornography).
Advertising Space 1.5 has no official release date or feature list. It will contain various bug fixes, SEO enhancements and code clean up.
Photo Rating
Our Photo Rating script, currently called Pic Rate, is a full featured photo rating application, complete with member's area and user management. It is currently in BETA testing with no full release version available at the present time. We expect to have a full version available very soon.
