Simple Book Guestbook
Simple Book is a very easy to use Guestbook application built with PHP and MySQL. It's easy to use and very light weight.
This was the first application we developed for the public. It offers admins a backend that allows them to ban IP addresses that they want to block from using their guestbook. Another useful tool is the private message posting, which gives the visitors a way to leave a message on the guestbook that can only be seen by the admin.
The Simple Book Guestbook is a fast guestook application that can be used on any website that features PHP 4.4+ and MySQL 4+.
