Freelancers Wanted

Hello there freelance wizards!

We're always on the lookout for amazing new talent in all areas of web design and server administration. We love working with freelancers and providing you with a chance to flex your creative muscles with some of our project overflow.

With anything, there are always requirements that must be met. Below are the core elements of what we are looking for with any freelancer we work with. These are a must have.

Requirements

  • Must pay attention to detail.
  • Must have excellent communication. We communicate via email, instant messanger, and Skype/Phone.
  • Must work using web standards.
  • Have suggestions on improvements? Offer them up!
  • Must reside in the United States, and not outsource your work beyond. Responsibility is the key.

Skillset

We are looking for designers, developers, and graphic artists. You don't need to have everything in the following skillset, but the more of it you know, the better. Of course, if you happen to be a wonderful PHP coder and completely terrible with web graphics, that's great too. You don't have to be the Master of the Internet, just good at what you do. Freelancers we work with should have skills in the following areas:

  • Web and Graphic Design
  • XHTML and CSS Coding
  • PHP Coding (Entry Level and Advanced)
  • Javascript and Ajax Coding
  • Search Engine Optimization
  • Flash Design
  • Database Designers (MySQL, ms SQL, SQL, PostgreSql)
